My wife and I bought a new Santa Cruz off Midway’s showroom floor on 6/28/2026. We thought we would likely be under qualified buyers but coming into Midway we immediately felt welcomed and everyone there was super attentive to us and were extremely knowledgeable. Mark, the salesman and the F&I manager went to bat for us, taking several hours with us until we could get the numbers to work. Additionally Mark even drove an hour and a half to deliver the vehicle to us so we could access our cash down payment. I would unequivocally recommend Midway to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle!

When you first buy an EV it can be overwhelming. The technology is awesome and can be stressful. All worth it! If you need assistance with your Hyundai EV, Matt is the guy that has the patience and the know how. He got me over the learning hump and I'd recommend him highly to anyone buying an EV for the first time.

This review is for the the service and repair department. I had such a good experience with them! I bought a used car from someone else, and it started having issues with the emergency lights in the dash going off and flashing, and issues with other electrical components. I thought maybe it was an electrical, or computer issue and I was nervous to bring it in. I was expecting computer problems and thousands of dollars. It turns out it was a simple problem that they were able to diagnose and fix in a matter of hours. I was so relieved, and impressed with the honesty and integrity. I mean, I know nothing about cars. A dishonest mechanic could’ve easily had me paying a bunch of money for made up issues, and I would never know. Thank you midway Hyundai for your stellar service and for making me feel secure in my car again.

Best car buying experience from start to finish EVER!! From my first contact with Bradly, my sales guy all the way to driving off the lot in our new car. The company is family run and everyone I dealt with was very helpful, super friendly and great at what they do. There was never a typical car dealer high pressure sales vibe there at all. Also .. this was my first buying experience with Hyundai. Excellent product, superior warranty and very high safety and customer satisfaction ratings. Now I see why. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Well, to start with companies are often using “sealed” transmissions, and in this case Hyundai only replaces them rather than reseals/repairs them. It’s more efficient as it’s much faster than waiting on your trans to be remanufactured. It turns out, I had a seal leak on the transmission case (small, but there) so it was recommended I had it replaced. Midway Hyundai, here in Post Falls, Idaho did the work. It was on a Monday I found out, was issued a rental car, and by Thursday it was ready. I was not able to pick up that day, so I went in Friday and picked it up. All was like it never happened! My 2022 Tucson SEL Hybrid was on the road again and I was a happy camper! Great job Midway Hyundai!

The service department at this dealership is absolutely stellar. They are honest and professional. I bought my Hyundai Kona at Spokane Hyundai in the Spokane Valley 3 years ago, but after 2 or 3 visits to their service department I got tired of the rudeness and condescending attitude and started going to Midway Hyundai in Post Falls for service. They have a lady service writer there named Brandy (hope I spelled her name correctly!), and she really knows how to deal with customers in an honest and clear way. (I don't know why every car dealership service department doesn't employ at least one female service writer).

Bryson is amazing! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing a Hyundai. Go see Bryson, he truly cares about your buying experience.
